Shipping Time
In-Stock, Non-Personalized Items ship within 2 business days. If you need the items fairly soon (within the next week) please call or e-mail us to make sure everything you need is in stock. Please note that in-stock items ship within 2 business days, but please allow time for delivery.
Out-Of-Stock Items usually ship within 5 business days of placing your order (ten business days at the most). If an out-of-stock item is due back in-stock within the next few days of receiving your order, the entire order will ship out automatically as soon as the item is in-stock. In the rare event that the out-of-stock item is not due back in-stock for a week or more after receiving your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone to let you know the timeframe it will take for your order to ship out.
Personalized Items (such as ribbons, matches, personalized accessories or attendant gifts, etc.) ship within 5 business days.
Imprinted Napkins usually ship within 3 business days.
Wedding Invitations & Printed Wedding Programs: Due to their nature, it generally takes Wedding Invitations & Printed Wedding Programs at least 7 business days to ship out. Therefore, please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you place your invitation order to the time it arrives at your door.
