Return/Refund Policy

Returns will gladly be accepted in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, in which case a replacement of the same item will gladly be sent to you promptly. No refunds or credit toward other items will be given. This ensures that all clients receive brand new merchandise for their special day, and not second-hand merchandise repackaged after the one-time event and returned to us as never used. We are sure everybody can understand this policy.
