For Wedding Invitations & Wedding Programs
When ordering wedding invitations and printed wedding programs, one of our wedding professionals will review your order and, if necessary, recommend any minor changes or contact you with suggestions. You will then receive a FREE real proof of your invitation or program to make sure that the wording, typestyle, and format is indeed correct and to your liking. Upon your approval (please call or e-mail to approve), your invitations will be printed and shipped to you.
Proofs will be e-mailed (as .jpg file attachment) to you within two or three business days of us receiving your order.
This is a REAL PROOF of your ACTUAL invitation or program, exactly as it will be printed.
BUYER BEWARE !
Beware of websites whose "proofs" magically pop up on the screen right away. What these actually do is simply have a computer program arrange the information you just submitted, show it back to you right away, and call it a "proof".
You see, even though it may appear that you are purchasing those invitations or programs from that particular merchant, that portion of the merchant's website may actually be linked to a commission-based template from the actual printing company which is set up to look like part of that particular merchant's website. In such cases, these orders are sent directly to the printing company, totally bypassing the wedding merchant, who just collects a commission - more like a finder's fee.
The drawback of bypassing a wedding professinal and ordering through such a system, is that even though you already saw your "virtual proof" the printing company may still format or re-arrange your information in order to compensate for space limitations, typestyle limitations, or "proper etiquette" without your knowledge or consent, and your invitations or programs may not arrive printed as you had expected. Also, in such cases the merchant you ordered from may have no idea about the status of your order at any point in time. Should there be a problem with your order, the merchant may not even know what you ordered from them. Ordering from such a merchant may also make it impossible to make last-minute changes (such as spelling changes, name changes, layout changes, etc.) after you submit your order, because that merchant actually has nothing to do with your order.

Proofs of wedding programs and wedding invitations with accompanying enclosures (reception card, respond card, etc.) are free (limit one set of invitation & enclosure proofs per invitation order). If you want an extra proof due to minor changes you wish to make after you receive your free proof, then a charge of $5.00 per additional proof applies.
